Development & Marketing Consultant - APPLICATIONS ONGOING

A development or marketing consultant works on Inbloom teams to serve clients.

  • Flexibly scheduled Full Time or Part Time Role based on ideal candidate capacity and skill level

  • Hybrid work environment

  • Compensation dependent on skill-set and experience

RESPONSIBILITES

  • Lead or support Inbloom client projects based on contracted work.

  • Specific responsibilities dependent on ideal candidate skill-set and experience, as well as client work contracted.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Nonprofit or mission-based business experience is required

  • Driven self-starter with ability to work effectively, independently and in team atmosphere, in a multiple engagement environment

  • Strong organization, verbal, and written communication skills

  • Experience with the major social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, and LinkedIn, and newer technology experience is a plus

  • 5+ years of experience

  • Leadership experience is a plus

  • 3-5 years of college experience in fundraising, marketing, events or similar work experience

  • Capacity to adapt to new challenges and ideas

  • Positive attitude with a drive for success and social good

  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, CRM programs, Canva

  • Knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign is a plus

  • Highly creative problem-solver, strong attention to detail, dependable, and reliable

  • Must have unrestricted access to a computer, internet, and telephone
