Megan Bush Granson

FOUNDER + CEO

Megan knows that making a sustainable positive impact — in life and in work — is possible. She proves it every day through her work with colleagues and clients at Inbloom. Through her experiences as a business development and fundraising professional, Megan saw the opportunity to support organizations in moments of change and built a team of passionate, accomplished, conscientious, smart, and thoughtful professionals to serve them.   

Megan has over 20 years of experience working with non-profit and business leaders to achieve organizational goals. Her areas of specialization are partnerships and collaborations, business launch, business development, prospect solicitation/fundraising and sales, portfolio creation and management, capital campaigns (including feasibility studies, planning, training and leadership development), special and major gift strategy, corporate philanthropy, and events. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Development at Cleveland Institute of Music and Director of Major Gifts at Yale University during the $3 Billion Yale Tomorrow Campaign. She has studied in Chile, China and India. 

Megan lives in Cleveland with her husband and their two daughters. They are active members of their church and involved in community projects.

AnnMarie Barta

EVENTS + PROJECT MANAGEMENT

AnnMarie is an expert at making order out of chaos. Being a master planner and problem solver, she loves tackling all the little details that turn a good event into a great one, and is driven by her desire to delight clients.

Her previous professional experience covered all aspects of supply chain management — exploring plants, distributions centers, supply operations, materials management, production planning, inventory management, logistics, applied business systems, and integrated business process management — and she earned recognition for developing processes to better align departments.

AnnMarie’s career has taken her to Chicago, San Francisco, Dallas, and Cleveland, where she lives with her husband and two hockey-playing children.

HAYLEY MUNROE

PROJECT MANAGEMENT + EVENTS

As Inbloom’s creative entrepreneur-in-residence, Hayley balances owning her own dance studio with her work planning events, managing client projects, and handling the firm’s day-to-day operations. Energetic, organized, and unfailingly reliable, Hayley’s can-do spirit and pragmatic approach to resolving problems are invaluable assets to the Inbloom team. 

As a successful small business owner, Hayley is a master of detail, ably managing everything from building spreadsheets and templates to keeping projects on time, to creating the moments that make an event memorable. She is a true team player, collaborating closely with clients, and with every member of Inbloom’s team.

In her spare time, Hayley is a competitive marathon runner who enjoys traveling, spending time with family and exploring Cleveland.

Stephanie Madewell

MESSAGING, WRITING + CONTENT STRATEGY

The heart of Stephanie’s work for Inbloom is distilling what needs to be said, then finding simple, elegant ways to share it. She thinks of her work as story-based problem solving, absorbing information, ideas, emotions and aspirations and turning them into clear, comprehensible and meaningful communications. 

Her career has included stints working with lawyers, writers, and retailers, and her skills include research, synthesizing and summarizing complex information, original and incisive writing in a variety of voices and formats for different platforms, content strategy and development, expertise in social media, and deep knowledge of multiple social media platforms.

Stephanie reads avidly, likes to visit museums, and enjoys the adventures of ordinary life with her husband and small son.

Elizabeth Brown

STRATEGIC PLANNING, NON-PROFIT MANAGEMENT + ADVANCEMENT, PROCESS ANALYSIS + IMPROVEMENT

Elizabeth brings over a decade of organizational leadership experience to her role as a consultant for Inbloom. She is professionally passionate about organizational development, specifically focusing on long-term sustainability and resiliency. Elizabeth is adept at successfully managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, including senior-level nonprofit, military, government, and corporate executives; implementing process efficiencies and improvements; and addressing client issues with diplomacy and discretion. 

As a former engineer turned policy analyst and, most recently, a national non-profit executive director, Elizabeth’s expertise includes management and leadership, strategic planning, process improvement, budgeting, regulatory affairs, technology analysis, data management, and community/stakeholder engagement.  

Living in the beautiful Florida Keys with her husband, Elizabeth enjoys experimenting in the kitchen with homegrown ingredients and chasing their two little boys.

Vicki McDonald

MARKETING + PUBLIC RELATIONS

Vicki knows how to build buzz, but buzz is just the beginning of what she does as Inbloom’s resident marketing and communications expert.

A master at developing sustainable awareness for organizations, Vicki works closely with clients to become an extension of their team, using objective insights, tactical solutions, and finely honed execution to achieve solutions. Drawing on extensive experience working primarily for nonprofits, she brings a creative spirit, grounded problem solving, and a passion for learning to every project she touches. She is an advocate for digital solutions to traditional problems, and has multiple social media certifications and Google accreditations. Above all, Vicki values relationships.

Exploring the globe and doing yoga —preferably together — are two of her favorite activities. Vicki lives with her husband, two wonderful kids and a dog.

Kristen Grenier

STRATEGIC PLANNING + NON PROFIT MANAGEMENT

Kristen Grenier is a passionate, mission-focused nonprofit professional who brings expertise in nonprofit fundraising, engagement and donor relations, as well as nonprofit administration to the team at Inbloom. She has most notably planned and managed social media campaigns to success, campaign fundraisers and is excellent at donor relations and management. She has a deep knowledge of the military and first responder community that she brings to bear for this project opportunity, with both a willingness and drive to make amazing things happen for organizations that she believes in. She is a passionate advocate, relationship manager, and spokesperson for organizations for which she is a part.

Her most recent post was with the SEAL Family Foundation, headquartered in San Diego, CA before a family move necessitated a change.

Kristen is based out of Connecticut, but maintains a strong national network in the military community, with concentration in the San Diego area.
