Megan Bush Granson

  • What She Brings

    Megan started Inbloom in 2015 with a vision to bring the best team together to serve and move missions forward for nonprofits and purpose-led businesses.. She shines when supporting nonprofit executives, teams, boards, and volunteers on strategic growth and especially on fundraising.  What started as leadership roles within nonprofit has transitioned to the opportunity to serve other leaders be the best that they can be through the consulting and fractional work at Inbloom. Her experience includes time spent at Yale University, Hospice of the Western Reserve, Cleveland Institute of Music, and Case Western Reserve University where she is currently a professor in the graduate school program teaching leadership.

    Megan likes to work with teams going through change, to determine how to move to the next stage in a meaningful and sustainable way. She loves when she gets the opportunity to see leaders, teams, and her colleagues grow and thrive through their work together.

    When she’s not working, Megan can be found with a book or a spoon in her hand, cooking for a crowd or her family, walking on a trail, or laughing and exploring with her family and friends. Her faith guides her steps, wherever she may be, and she loves the chance to volunteer or serve other people when she can.

    Mary oversees Inbloom’s internal operations and marketing discipline, ensuring the firm is aligned, scalable, and positioned for thoughtful growth. With 15+ years in healthcare technology, she brings experience spanning startups through private equity transitions, guiding organizations through complexity with clarity and structure. Her impact shows up in strong teams, connected systems, and strategies that support both people and performance.

She enjoys solving the messy middle of growth - where people, process, and strategy must come together. Mary believes that even hard work is a gift when approached with gratitude and curiosity

    Beyond the Desk

    Outside of work, Mary enjoys lifting weights, hot yoga, entertaining family and friends, traveling, boating, concerts, and anything related to British history. She brings the same energy to Inbloom that she values in life: thoughtful connection, momentum, and making room for joy along the way.

Michelle Buhr

    As a Principal at Inbloom, Michelle advises nonprofit executives and boards on strategy and organizational effectiveness with a specific focus on fundraising. She brings a full-spectrum perspective informed by experience as a frontline fundraiser and chief advancement officer at organizations such as Yale University, the Smithsonian Institution, and National Defense University Foundation.

    Outside of client work, Michelle enjoys cooking and hosting, tending to her garden, and restoring older homes with an eye for detail and longevity. Thoughtful, steady, and deeply collaborative, she brings the same care and intentionality to her work at Inbloom. 

Kellie Emrich

    With 15+ years in corporate marketing and operations, plus a Doctorate in Business Administration, Kellie combines strategy with heart. She’s also an Associate Professor of Marketing and created The Social Prof, where she shares easy-to-use social media tips.

Kelly Rudloff

    Kelly brings more than 20 years of nonprofit experience in Greater Cleveland, having served in professional, volunteer, and board roles across a wide range of organizations. Her background spans development, programs, volunteer and board relations, and executive leadership, including her role as Life Director at Shoes and Clothes for Kids. At Inbloom, she partners closely with clients as part of their team, bringing a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach grounded in deep community knowledge.

    Kelly is energized by connecting people to missions that matter and creating meaningful opportunities for engagement. She especially enjoys helping organizations inspire youth and emerging leaders to get involved and build lasting relationships with the causes they care about.

    Outside of work, Kelly spends most of her time with her family, often cheering on her three daughters at performances and sporting events. In the summer, she can usually be found coaching on a softball field—bringing the same encouragement and teamwork she values in her work at Inbloom. 

Arlene Watson

    Arlene’s multi-faceted career spans 30 years in the profit and nonprofit sectors as founder and Creative Director of a design and marketing communications firm, and a Director of Institutional Advancement. Her experience combines creativity and strategy to solve problems and shape possibilities. She leads by creating alignment and shared understanding, guiding teams and organizations from insight to intention.

    Arlene serves on nonprofit boards to connect her passion for the arts with service to the community. Traveling across the country and exploring cultures around the world keeps her inspired, but her biggest adventure is her family of five.

    Emmanuelle supports Inbloom’s work through marketing, communications, and project support, helping ensure ideas are communicated clearly and consistently. Her education spans food science and nonprofit management, and she brings hands-on experience in graphic design, video editing, and social media marketing, allowing her to contribute across both strategy and execution.

    With more than a decade of nonprofit experience, Kate leads with curiosity and a deep commitment to making a positive impact. Relentlessly resourceful, she specializes in major campaigns, research, analysis, technology, and grants. As an active and engaged community member, you can find Kate all over Greater Cleveland with her husband and two young children.

    A former journalist, Stephen cut his marketing teeth in the franchise space, where clarity, consistency, and execution are essential to scale. That foundation shaped his approach to strategy—grounded in clear messaging, repeatable systems, and cross-team alignment. At Inbloom, he helps organizations turn complex ideas into focused strategies people can understand and act on.

    Stephen works at the intersection of strategy and storytelling, focusing on how messaging influences movement—what causes people to pause, engage, and take the next step. His work centers on building momentum, not just attention.

    Outside of work, Stephen is a proudly optimistic Cleveland Browns fan, kicking off each season with a traditional Super Bowl bet and an unreasonable amount of hope. He balances that devotion with family time, youth sports, live music, and staying engaged in his local community—the same upbeat, collaborative energy he brings to Inbloom.
